Trump vs Biden |

Having watched that train wreck of a 'debate' it was apparent to me that Trump was able to spout lies and misinformation quicker than Biden's ability to comprehend the torrent of BS that he was hearing leave alone retaliate effectively.
As one of the post debate commentators said it was very much watching an old man up against a con man. In any case the US is in serious trouble if these two are the only choices they have to vote for as POTUS.

Dont know an awful amount about it, but from what I can tell, there is no existing sound card or hardware that can be installed in a computer that can decode it.
Ive got a projector set up using a HTPC i put together and the setup is pretty good, but considering upgrading.
It appears that your computer can handle the dolby atmos signal and send it out via HDMI, but needs to be connected to a seperate receiver that processes it if im not mistaken.
Wondering if its a waste of time looking for a receiver, but have a nice set of speakers connected to my existing sound card through a 5.1 channel amplifier.
Would have been nice if such hardware exists, im a little surprised that Creative labs dont have any sound card that supports it, perhaps the licensing fees are pretty high?

Golriz Ghahraman interviewed by John Campbell |

Brilliant interview which lays bare the stress and mental anguish of Golriz that backgrounds her shoplifting episodes, but not used as any sort of blatant excuse.
In admiration of Golriz for the depths and volume of personal threats she endured before something 'broke', and an insight into the pressures of political life on many of those who choose to represent us as their public duty.

PSU failure? |

I should have left well alone. I have just upgraded to an Asus Z490-v motherboard. All went well having removed the older motherboard and installed the Z490. I decided to put the older board in another case. I believed I installed everything correctly. When connected all fans run but I cannot get a monitor signal. The optical disk seems to be operating but keeps closing down, listening carefully I can detect that the other fans shut down and then start again, this is continual. I tried another case with a third board but same PSU, same result, has the PSU failed? I am wondering if the 8 pin plug has a problem (just looking at the pins they appear OK). Testing is beyond me and I don’t have another PSU to change to and I don’t want to upset the new setup. Am I missing a fundamental here?
