Perhaps he was feeling left out of the limelight with the Hikoi being all over the news.

Apparently its a 'Make NZ great again' rally - despite it never having actually been 'great', his nibs  believes the Maori soveriegnty flags are divisive...and yet, some among the sheep  followers were displaying signs supporting Trump... Rolleyes Rolleyes Big Grin

What an amazing show they put on last night!
Quite spectacular with lots of lasers, pyrotechnics and confetti cannons, etc.
2 more shows to go, tonight and tomorrow.
We were lucky to avoid heavy rain and it held off for most of the show thankfully.

In addition the program is slow

Last update 2 weeks ago. Has been a few bugs since migrating to it. Windows Mail is still installed but it defaults to Outlook. Right now I wish I had that program back.
But wait, can I simply uninstall Outlook and get Mail back? Is that safe at this stage. ??

  Formal apology for abuse
Posted by: Lilith7 - 12-11-2024, 10:45 AM - Forum: News and Current Affairs - Replies (6)

Luxon attempts an apology but was interrupted; hardly surprising. Now would perhaps be the right time to cough up & make sure the surviviors are compensated; there IS no good reason to delay that further.

Trade Me used to have a facility to be able to view old/closed listings to check price ranges or see if an item had been listed previously. Does this function no longer exist?

  Australia locking up kids
Posted by: Lilith7 - 11-11-2024, 02:34 PM - Forum: News and Current Affairs - No Replies

Given that we now know that the human brain isn't complete until the mid twenties, which particularly affects consequences, decision making, planning & impulse control, you might think that this would be acknowledged, given consideration & acted upon.

NOT in Northern Terroritory, Australia; they clearly prefer to ignore all of that in order to continue developing life long criminals - mostly Aboriginal. There have been protests which have been ignored.

Well done, Northern Terroritory, first prize for sheer idiocy. Dodgy Angry

  Repco Jumpstarter advice needed
Posted by: Olive - 09-11-2024, 06:16 PM - Forum: General Discussion - Replies (5)

It's a few years old now, and is failing to hold its charge, thereby setting off its earsplitting alarm.  The only way I can shut it up is to plug it back in.   I can't find a manual on line, nor any advice other than that it's not safe to keep it plugged in all the time.

I would like to disable it completely to shut it up.   How do I do this?   I'll try to attach a photo of it.

I can't upload a photo, all too big.  It is a Repco 1200 Amp 12V 22 Ah AGM battery.
